Description of this Book
This must-have photography collection takes a tour of HRH Queen Elizabeth II's bright and eye-catching working wardrobe, from twin sets to tiaras. Sweeping through seven colours and spanning nine decades, one is lead through the archives by the world's favourite colour-blocking icon, her ever-trusty Launer handbag at her side. With such carefully curated statement pieces such as that EU hat donned to announce the government's Brexit programme, to that brooch gifted by Obama but worn on the day of Trump's inaugural visit, the world can't help but wonder: has The Queen been making more than just fashion statements? Our Rainbow Queen is a stunning snapshot of the life of Britain's longest-reigning, most colourful monarch, for collectors and fashionistas alike - introduced by journalist and broadcaster, Sali Hughes.
