Author's Bio

Maris O'Rourke is an accomplished poet and a former Secretary for Education for New Zealand and Director of Education for The World Bank. This is her first children's book. Renowned visual artist, painter, printmaker and film director, Claudia Pond Eyley was born in New Zealand and attended schools in Montreal and New York, and the School of Fine Arts at the University of Auckland.
