Here you will find some helpful tips to guide you through the Wheelers website.  Whether you are a regular or new Wheelers customer, we want to make your ordering as easy as possible. If you are unable to find the answer here, please feel free to contact us.

Frequently Asked Questions by Schools and Libraries

How much is delivery?

All orders placed on the Wheelers Books website are Freight Free. To find out more about delivery visit our Delivery Information page.

How do I minimise my search?

There are several ways to search for titles: via the search boxes at the top, the green 'Browse Books' panel on the left, the green 'Advanced Search' button on the top right or by the grey filter search panel on the right.

Title: To search for a particular title, type the ISBN into the first Search box and click on the "GO" button, or type the title name into the Title search box and select the title you want from the pop up selection.

Category: To search for books in particular categories use the green 'Browse Books' box on the left. This can be opened and closed as required to make searching easier.

How can I pay?

There are different payment options to choose from, including Account, Credit Card, Cheque and Direct Credit. Simply choose your selection on the 'payment' page during the checkout process. 

What is Book Worm?

Wheelers Book Worm is no longer available - apologies for the inconvenience.

How do I create a New Basket?

Sign into your account and click on the drop down box on the Basket Use icon on your My Account information. Click on 'New Basket' at the top, type in a name for your basket and click on 'add'.

How can I view my Order History?

Once you have signed in, select 'orders' from the small line under the red GO button on the top right.

How can I find my Order Number?

To view your current or previous order numbers, select 'orders' from the small line under the red GO button on the top right.

How do I change my View?

There are three different views when browsing titles. To change your views, simply select 'Detailed View', 'List View' or 'Gallery' in the grey information banner on each search page.

I can't view my Basket?

A quick and easy way to view all your Baskets is to select 'baskets and wishlists' in the My Account box.

I can't remember my password - how can I retrieve it?

Once you have selected the "Sign In" icon you will be taken to the Sign In page. Simply select the "Forgot Password" icon next to the Sign In button. If you have any problems, feel free to contact us.

When should I expect my order?

Delivery of your order depends on availability, each product listed on the Wheelers website includes an estimated delivery time. Please visit our Delivery page for more information. Note, products will be shipped as they arrive to our warehouse so that your order is not held up by any unavailable or indent titles.

I am not identified as a School or Public Library?

Individuals and retailers are no longer able to place orders on our website. Please contact your local bookseller or another online retailer to obtain a book.

What is a customer code?

A customer code is your School / Library ID and can be found on your invoices. Feel free to contact us if you have any problems finding this code.

How do I organise a Book Week for my school/centre?

Wheelers Book Week is no longer available - apologies for the inconvenience.

How do I insert my Promo Code?

Wheelers will occasionally offer customers special discounts or promotions. The promo code can be added during the checkout process.
