Author's Bio

Damian Harvey was born in Blackpool, Lancashire, but now spends most of his time in North Wales with his lovely lady, Vicky. He has three wonderful daughters, one brilliant boy and a cat called Polly. Before he became a writer he worked as a painter and decorator, a lifeguard, a swimming teacher, and as an assistant in a record shop. He's now written more than 50 books and doesn't know how to stop. Although Damian enjoys sitting at home writing stories, he also gets let out from behind his computer from time to time and loves visiting schools, libraries and festivals to give lively, interactive performances of his stories, talk about writing and help children with writing stories of their own. You can find out more about Damian by visiting his website: www.damianharvey.co.uk.
